About the Event

AI is everywhere—but how much is reality, and how much is just marketing buzz? Join us to explore the true state of AI technology and discover how leading companies are actually adapting.

What actually happens after the hype?

AI is not the first technology wave to reshape our careers. Before it came the PC boom, the Internet, smartphones, cloud computing, and social media. Each wave created both opportunity and uncertainty for professionals and organizations alike.

In this discussion, we bring together people who have lived through these shifts. Some started their careers during the Internet era; others navigated the mobile and cloud transitions. Together, we will reflect on what those experiences taught us.

As organizations now ride the AI wave, the question is not only about technology readiness, but human readiness. How can professionals and organizations build resilient careers and cultures across multiple waves of change?

Why Attend?
